Take Back America is the old name for America's Future Now! which is the annual conference of Campaign for America's Future.

Take Back America is the name of the annual conference which was run by Campaign for America's Future from 2003 - 2008. Campaign for America's Future runs a major annual conference which is well-attended by leftist speakers and delegates. America's Future Now is the new name for the Take Back America conferences.
