On Kevin Halpin

Retired Unite/GPMU national official Ann Field remembers being in awe of Kevin when she first attended liaison committee conferences and other demos and pickets.

“He was inspiring, knowledgeable and determined. He appealed to me as a raw young Communist and trade unionist because he spoke plainly and straightforwardly, no jargon, no mysterious hard-to-follow political theory but plain class politics rousing us all for the struggle, the class struggle.”[1]

Marx Memorial Library patron

In 2020 Ann Field was listed as an official patron of the Marx Memorial Library.
