America's Future Now is the new name for Take Back America which is the annual conference of Campaign for America's Future.

America's Future Now is the name of the annual conference which has been run by Campaign for America's Future since 2009. The conference is well-attended by leftist speakers and delegates and was previously known as "Take Back America", running from 2003 to 2008 under this name.
