America's Future Now is the name of the annual conference which has been run by Campaign for America's Future since 2009. Campaign for America's Future runs a major annual conference which is well-attended by leftist speakers and delegates. The conference was previously known as "Take Back America" and ran from 2003 to 2008 under this name.
