Roxane Kolar (aka Roxane Richir) lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. Married to Jerimee Richir.

She is a Field Coordinator Blueprint North Carolina, where she assists partner organizations in identifying opportunities for reaching their goals through civic engagement and direct voter contact. Roxane conducts and assists in evaluation programming, focusing on increasing civic participation. Roxane Kolar previously was executive director of North Carolinians Against Gun Violence and was Southern Regional Representative for States United to Prevent Gun Violence. She has a degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia.[1]
