Up For Democracy

History

Up For Democracy UFD, created in the mid-2000's, described itself as "a multi-cultural grassroots coalition for participatory democracy, economic and social justice and peace"[1]

In reality, UFD represented that latest in a long line of coalitions of all kinds of marxist, communist, socialist, radical and progressive groups which included leading member of the "Hanoi Lobby", "Sandinista Lobby", "Anti-Defense Lobby" and similar pro-marxist united fronts, coalitions, and causes. (Blue links of some of these people will connect them to these various "lobbies" as well as to their own individual pages).
