- Jamaal Rose is a recent graduate of Florida A&M University, where he was a student leader and activist. He was a member of the Florida A&M mock trial debate team and served as statewide Coordinator of Black Youth Vote, helping to mobilize and engage young voters across the state of Florida.
- Muhammed Malik sits on the Green Party USA's International Affairs Committee.
- George Friday is the National Field Organizer for the Bill of Rights Defense Committee and Coordinator for the Independent Progressive Politics Network. George co-chairs the Green Party US Black and Women’s caucuses and the North Carolina Green Party. She has served on several boards and Steering Committees including the Institute for Southern Studies, FairVote, the Grassroots Policy Project, American Friends Service Committee, United for Peace and Justice, the US Social Forum National Planning Committee, and Move to Amend.[4]

Circa June 13, 2013 CODEPINK, the Bradley Manning Support Network, Defending Dissent Foundation, the Washington Peace Center, the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, the Council on American-Islamic Relations-Maryland, Demand Progress, Institute for Policy Studies, and local ACLU offices hold a news conference and rally to protest "the National Security Agency's abuses of law-abiding Americans."
