Bryan Watson is a Democratic Socialists of America activist in Seattle District 3. In 2015 he was the Finance Director for Kshama Sawant’s independent socialist re-election campaign to City Council.[1]

Toward a Democratic Socialist Party

Let’s start a campaign to build toward a Democratic Socialist Party was initiated by the Reform & Revolution caucus of Democratic Socialists of America in 2020.

It was a mistake for the leadership of the organization to recommend a “yes” vote for the confirmation of Carmen Best as the new Seattle police chief.
