PowerSwitch Action Logo

PowerSwitch Action is "a national network of 19 leading regional advocacy organizations that support innovative solutions to our nation’s economic and environmental challenges."[1] Pittsburgh United is affiliated with The Partnership for Working Families.

In 2021, Partnership for Working Families changed their name to PowerSwitch Action, which envisions a "multi-racial feminist democracy".

In 2021, we changed our name to PowerSwitch Action to reflect our new long-term agenda. We’re wresting control over our local economies and democracy from wealthy corporations — switching governing power over to our communities where it belongs.

Partner Organization of ProsperUS

Partnership for Working Families was listed as a "Partner Organization" of ProsperUS,[5] a coalition of leftist groups formed during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic to demand massive government spending, including Joe Biden's "Build Back Better" spending bill.[6],[7],[8]
