PowerSwitch Action Logo

PowerSwitch Action is "a national network of 19 leading regional advocacy organizations that support innovative solutions to our nation’s economic and environmental challenges."[1] Pittsburgh United is affiliated with The Partnership for Working Families.

In 2021, they changed their name to PowerSwitch Action.

Partnership for Working Families Logo

The Partnership for Working Families is now PowerSwitch Action.[2]

We’ve got a bold new name and website to go with our bold vision for multi-racial feminist democracy.
In 2021, we changed our name to PowerSwitch Action to reflect our new long-term agenda. We’re wresting control over our local economies and democracy from wealthy corporations — switching governing power over to our communities where it belongs.

Partner Organization of ProsperUS

Partnership for Working Families was listed as a "Partner Organization" of ProsperUS,[5] a coalition of leftist groups formed during the 2020 coronavirus pandemic to demand massive government spending, including Joe Biden's "Build Back Better" spending bill.[6],[7],[8]
