Rob McKay is a philanthropist, targeting progressive organizations and causes.
National Committee Against Repressive Legislation
Circa 1965, Rob McKay was listed as the Coordinator of the Madison Coalition to Stop S. 1437 which is an affiliate with the National Committee Against Repressive Legislation.[1]
McKay Foundation
McKay is the President of the McKay Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors.[2]
Secretary of State Project
McKay donated $25,000 to the Secretary of State Project in 2008. He is listed as employed by Sacramento Street Partners.
Liberty Hill Foundation
As at 2009, Rob McKay was a member of the Advisory Board of the Liberty Hill Foundation, a Los Angeles based organization seeking to advance movements for social change through a combination of grants, leadership training and alliance-building.[3]
Democracy Alliance
McKay serves on the Board of Directors for Democracy Alliance.[4]
