Demba Moussa Dembele is an economist and researcher from Senegal. A member of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA), Dembele is engaged in research against neoliberal policies and to promote alternative development policies in Africa. He is a founding-member of the African Social Forum and a former member of the World Social Forum Council.[1]
