Bret Flaherty
Template:TOCnestleft Bret Flaherty is a Philadelphia lawyer and activist. He is a shareholder in the Consumer Protection, Employment Law and Human Rights and Commercial Litigation practice groups at Berger & Montague. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and transactional corporate matters.
Mr. Flaherty has considerable experience in consumer protection and product liability class actions, breach of contract, employment, international human rights, consumer fraud and lender liability matters.
He is the husband of Helen Gym.

FACTS/AAU
Bret Flaherty, Co-Chair of Folk Arts-Cultural Treasures Charter School, has been involved with FACTS since the school’s founding and has served in several roles on the Board before becoming the Co-Chair. Between 2006 and 2013, two of Mr. Flaherty’s children attended FACTS. Mr. Flaherty is Assistant General Counsel at AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Mr. Flaherty is also active supporter of Asian Americans United, a non-profit community organization serving Philadelphia’s diverse Asian communities.[2]
