Roger Lowenstein

Biography

"Roger Lowenstein was a prominent criminal defense attorney in New Jersey before moving out to Los Angeles to write for television (L.A. Law, any show with a lawyer or cop). In 2001, he founded the Los Angeles Leadership Academy, a K-12 public charter school in Lincoln Heights serving some of the poorest families in California. He also servers on the Board of the ACLU of Southern California, The Center for the Study of Political Graphics, and is a Trustee of Southwestern Law School."
