The Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation focuses on providing grants to 501c3 organizations that benefit residents of North Carolina. The current focus areas of grants are Community Economic Development, Strengthening Democracy, the Environment, Pre-Collegiate Education, and Social Justice and Equity.
The foundation was created in 1936.
