Stanley Faulkner

Stanley Faulkner Esq of New York, was one of the longest, time-wise, marxist/communist-sympathizing attorneys in the history of the radical movement. While he has given decades of legal and moral support to the Communist Party USA and its fronts and cause, including the National Lawyers Guild, he has also supported the Trotskyite Socialist Workers Party and its fronts and causes, especially concerning legal issues.

He has also been a member of at least one "tribunal" created by the communists and their supporters to "try" the United States for "war crimes", be it regarding the Vietnam war, Panama, the Caribbean in general, Cuba, etc. (These will be listed under both "Tribunals" and this site.

Expel South Africa From the UN

The Campaign for One Million Voices to Expel South Africa From the UN was a Communist Party USA front created in about 1974.[1] The front was launched to speak on South Africa and its membership in the United Nations. They issued an undated brochure entitled "We Who Support Human Rights... DEMAND the expulsion of South Africa from the UN!" The brochure was printed by the CPUSA print shop "Prompt Press", printing bug number 209.

Sponsors included Stanley Faulkner.

Herbert Aptheker Testimonial Dinner

On April 28, 1966 Stanley Faulkner was a sponsor of the Herbert Aptheker Testimonial Dinner. The dinner was held on the occasion of Herbert Aptheker's 50th birthday, the publication of his 20th book, and the 2nd anniversary of the American Institute for Marxist Studies. It was held in the Sutton Ballroom, The New York Hilton, Avenue of the Americas, 53rd to 54th Street, New York City. Most speakers, organizers and sponsors were known members or supporters of the Communist Party USA.[2]

American Committee for Protection of Foreign Born

In the late 1960s Stanley Faulkner was listed as a Sponsor of American Committee for Protection of Foreign Born[3].

American-Korean Friendship and Information Center

On Feb. 27, 1971, Stanley Faulkner , Attorney, New York, was listed as an initiating sponsor of the American-Korean Friendship and Information Center. The Center, a front for the Communist Party USA, was established to promote the withdrawal of US troops from South Korea and Vietnam.[4]

"A letter to Congress" on North Korea

In 1974, approximately 50 prominent, mainly Communist Party USA aligned leftists, signed a "Letter to Congress" on the situation regarding North Korea.

"For a quarter of a century the people of all Korea have needed such a peace agreement. The American People are ready for it. The People of the world deserve it. Peaceful coexistence must replace war and the threat of war. Negotiations must replace confrontation."
"Therefore, we the undersigned, concerned about the dangerous conditions in Korea earnestly appeal to you, and to all peace-minded Americans to join together in combining our reason and our political influence to secure the peaceful resolution of this problem."

The letter to Congress was in response to a March 25th, 1974 letter from the Supreme Peoples Assembly of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea to the United States Congress.

The signatories which included Stanley Faulkner urged Congress to act on North Korea's Concerns.[5]

Campaign for One Million Voices to Expel South Africa From the UN

Faulkner was listed in the brochure "We Who Support Human Rights...DEMAND the expulsion of South Africa from the UN", ca. 1974, issued by the CPUSA front, Campaign for One Million Voices to Expel South Africa From the UN, wherein he was identified as being a member of the CPUSA front, the National Lawyers Guild NLG

World Peace Council

In the late 1970s, the Information Centre of the Soviet front World Peace Council, Helsinki Finland, published a booklet naming members of the organization, worldwide.[6]

We publish in this booklet a list of members of the World Peace Council elected at the Council's Session in Warsaw in 1977.

U.S. members listed, included; Stanley Faulkner, Lawyer; Member of the Bar of the US Supreme Court; Member, Board of Directors, New York Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.

Endorsed Communist Party Call

On March 30 2002 the Communist Party USA paper People’s Weekly World called for a national holiday in honor of late Farm Workers Union leader Cesar Chavez. The article was followed by a long list of endorsers[7]including Stanley Faulkner, Almost all endorsers were confirmed members of the Communist Party USA.
