Shalheveth Freier (born in 1920 in Germany, died in 1994)
Pugwash Conferences Council
In 1988 Shalheveth Freier was listed as serving on the Council of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs. He also chaired the Israeli group of Pugwash.[1]
Israel Atomic Energy Commission
Freier was among the founders of the Israel Atomic Energy Commission and served as its Director General from 1971 to 1976.
