Standing for AD 35
In 2019 Rob Moore stood from AD 35 for the California Democratic Party Central Committee.
I am running as a delegate from Assembly District 35. I have a deep passion for furthering political progress on the Central Coast. I have done this in various capacities in my time here.
I served as the Student Campaign Coordinator for the Yes on Measure G campaign. I started with Measure G at the very beginning, in the drafting stage. Once we cemented our language, I became a point person, coordinating the student signature-gathering efforts. And of course, when campaign season came around I organized precinct walks and phone banking while knocking countless doors myself.
I currently serve as the Secretary of the Cal Poly Democrats which involves running meetings, engaging new and prospective members, and lots of work in the San Luis Obispo community. I also serve in various capacities for Cal Poly’s Student Government, including sitting on the ASI Board of Directors where I ran against 17 opponents and was elected to serve by my peers.
Outside of San Luis Obispo, I have interned at the State Assembly in District 28 and volunteered on several campaigns at all levels of government. [1]
