Patrick Doherty
Patrick Doherty is the Deputy Director of the American Strategy Program, the Director of the U.S.-Cuba Policy Initiative, and the Co-Director of the Counterterrorism and Counterinsurgency Initiative at the New America Foundation.[1] Founded in 1999 by Ted Halstead, the Foundation is a leftist public policy institute which claims to be nonpartisan, and seeks pragmatic solutions to "the next generation of challenges facing the United States".[2][3]
