James Watson Cronin (b. September 29, 1931) won the Nobel Prize in Physics 1980. His father was James Farley Cronin and Dorothy Watson Cronin.[1]

In 2009 James Cronin served on the Board of Sponsors of the Federation of American Scientists.[2]
