George P. Shultz
Former Secretary of State George P. Shultz served as Director of the Council on Foreign Relations from 1980–82.[1] In 2011, he was listed as an honorary board member of the George Soros-funded Drug Policy Alliance.[2]
George P. Shultz is also known as a close friend of Willie Brown.
His wife is Charlotte Shultz, Chief of Protocol, San Francisco.

George P. Shultz proposed one-China (mainland) policy in the 1980s and he has maintained close ties with mainland China government.[3] Alongside Henry Kissinger, Shultz is a long-term Bohemian Grove member.
Kissinger has been a close friend of Jiang Zemin who "initiated the horrific persecution over Falun Gong practitioners." Reported in a Washington Post article, "Jiang Zemin, the leader after the Tienanmen Square massacre, was described by Kissinger as someone who spent most of his 12 years 'restoring China to the international system.'"[4]
