Dwayne Harris
21st century V.O.T.E.
May 14 1993 About 4,000 people marched on Chicago City Hall to protest the closing of two city health clinics. The demonstration was organized by 21st Century V.O.T.E., whose chairman is Dwayne Harris. "There's a new sheriff in town with a strong posse," said Eddie Read, president of Chicago Black United Communities.[1]
