Progressive Turnout Project Executive Director Alex Morgan released the following statement regarding the Kansas Democratic Primary Election:
“Congratulations to Sharice Davids on last night’s victory in Kansas’ 3rd Congressional District. For more than two months, Progressive Turnout Project has been talking with voters across the district and looks forward to doing everything we can to replace Kevin Yoder on November 6.”
Progressive Turnout Project is on pace to spend at least $350,000 in Kansas’ 3rd District as part of a previously announced 18 district field program. The organization has an office and staff based in Overland Park.[1]
In 2018 the Progressive Turnout Project paid salary to Avery Gott-$718, Megan Birnstein-$455, Grant Owens-$686, Richard Hougen-$770 in support of the Sharice Davids campaign.
Other Progressive Turnout Project paid staffers on the Davids campaign included Kyle Adams, Jackson Byrd,Anna Brunton, Virginia Phillips, Hanna Oliver, Christian Gentry, Edward Rosson, Christopher Gies, Caitlin Smith, Elizabeth Phillips, Tyler Owsley, Steven Olson.[2]
