Colleen (she/they) has been a member of DSA and the Denver chapter since 2017. They have served on the chapter steering committee from 2018-2019, canvassed for DSA endorsed candidates, and also worked on the chapter's No Eviction Without Representation ballot initiative. Since 2020, Colleen has also served on DSA's national Growth and Development Committee, where they have led national new member calls, monthly renewal textbanks, and last summer’s Recommitment Drive. Their priorities on the NPC will include supporting all chapters in developing internal organizing practices that sustain chapters and develop new socialist organizers, as well as building stronger connections between local and national layers of the organization.<ref>[https://www.socialistmajority.com/colleen]</ref>

Colleen Johnson

Colleen Johnson is a member of Democratic Socialists of America - Denver and the national Growth and Development Committee (GDC). She is a steering committee member of the GDC and led the 2022 Recommitment Drive.[1]

In 2023 Rael Almonte Reyes stood as a Socialist Majority slate candidate for Democratic Socialists of America NPC together with Colleen Johnson, Melina Herrera, Sarah Callahan, Grace Mausser and Renee Paradis.
