Humanity for Peace was founded to promote a rally on August 6, 2023 at the United Nations, New York City on the Anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. The rally is called "Global Rally for World Peace and an End to All Wars!" Humanity for Peace is closely associated with the Rage Against the War Machine, the Movement for a People's Party and the Libertarian Party.
