Americans for Financial Reform is a coalition of more than 250 national, state and local groups who have come together to reform the financial industry.

Members of our coalition include consumer, civil rights, investor, retiree, community, labor, religious and business groups as well as Nobel prize winning economists.[1]

European connection

In the wake of the economic crisis, the Party of European Socialists joined Europeans for Financial Reform (EFFR), a coalition of NGOs, foundations and civil society actors that demand a stronger regulation of financial markets. In order to push for such a regulation world-wide, EFFR cooperates with its US partner Americans for Financial Reform..[2]
