Voting "rights" rally
A crowd of people rallied with signs at a major Mt. Lebanon intersection July 10 2021 afternoon in support of the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, two federal bills blocked by Republicans in the U.S. Senate. Parallel rallies were held in Wexford and Forest Hills.

"What needs to happen is, we need to get back to a system in this country where every single person's right to vote is honored," Lamb said.. "And that's all we're trying to do: we don't want to have gerrymandering, we don't want to have too much money in politics, all the rest of it. And that's what these laws are about. We're just trying to protect people's right to vote.[2]
