Robin Wolf SLO City Council 2020 December 19 2020:

Hello FB Friends! Many of you have been asking what I’m doing after my recent City Council run. Well, here it is!! I’m excited to announce that I’m running to serve as your ADEM representative for Assembly District 35 (AD-35).

These are the grassroots, internal elections that connect the Democratic Party with those of us who identify as Progressive. As the powerhouse DSA Los Angeles puts it:

“While most of the party is in the control of elected officials and county Democratic Party apparatuses, the ADEM election permits working people the rare opportunity to leverage our collective voice and gain some influence over the workings of the Democratic Party...Having socialist and progressive ADEM delegates helps to contest the billionaires’ grip over the party and to open up political possibilities to fight for the interests of workers over greed and profit.” So! All that is to say, please vote for me and our local Progressive Slate. Help us build a California Democratic Party that represents the working class, fights for transformative policies like Medicare for All , a Living Wage for All, and the Green New Deal, while holding this state’s elected officials accountable.

You may read my official candidate statement in the comments below. Here are the names of everyone on our slate: Brandon Messerly, Tom Fulks, Robin Kirk Wolf|, Paden McNiff, Barry Price, Jamie Maraviglia-Manalo, Michael Hopkins, Allene Villa, Violet Sage Walker, Walter Heath, Dan Rushing, Tori Keen, Sherri Stoddard.

Standing for AD 35

In 2019 Walter Heath stood from AD 35 for the California Democratic Party Central Committee.

Democrats of the 35th Assembly District deserve representation that listens to and understands their needs and aspirations. As a Democratic Party activist and organizer of ten years, I remain eager to meet new constituents and to strengthen alliances and friendships. My strengths are building strong long-term relationships and making processes accessible to others who are finding their voices. I try to daily live my belief that building the Democratic Party is an ongoing act of renewal and inclusion. I would honor your vote daily through my dedicated service.[1]
