Between 1980 and 1981 Randy Cunningham, Ohio was the chair of the Urban/Community Commission of the New American Movement.[1]

New American Movement 10th convention

In 1981 Mike Rotkin, Santa Cruz NAM; Glenn Scott, Chair, Anti-racist Commission; Steve Tarzynski, Chair, Health Commission and Randy Cunningham, Chair, Urban Commission led a workshop entitled Pieces of State Power: Urban Electoral Coalitions at the 10th Convention of the New American Movement. The convention was held in a union headquarters in Chicago and ran from July 29 - August 2, 1981.

Cunningham led a workshop entitled Second Urban Commission Meeting.

Cunningham also led a workshop entitled First Urban Commission Meeting.[2]

Randy Cunningham wrote in 2016, "Thanks to the efforts of Jim Miller, he has rounded up a number of us old NAM fossils to join the new DSA local forming in Cleveland".
