National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Tsiwen Law helped organize the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania and founded the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association in Chicago in 1988, where he became vice president and chair of the civil rights committee for 17 years.
