He grew up in Ashland Oregon, and served on the city council of Port Angeles Washington from 2009 to 2013. During his time as a city counselor, Max routinely fought against big business interests, and for environmental regulations[1]

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Matthew Randazzo in the party headquarters , Port Angeles.
More than 45 people attended.
