Karthik Ganapathy formerly led MoveOn.org's 2018 election communications work and worked with Real Justice PAC.[1] He previously worked for Keith Ellison.

In 2020, Karthik Ganapathy began advising State Representative Charles Booker’s US Senate campaign in April. He served as a spokesperson for Senator Bernie Sanders, Representative Keith Ellison, and the climate change campaign organization 350.org.

Karthik Ganapathy worked as Press officer for the New York City Public Advocate (Bill de Blasio) from Aug. 2010-July 2012.[4]

According to his LinkedIn profile,[5] Karthik Ganapathy also worked for the Institute for Policy Integrity, the New York City Public Advocate, the ACLU, Jerrold Nadler and the Los Angeles City Council.
