TCC Group

Riggan was Chairman and CEO of the TCC Group until Jan. 2006 at which time he stepped down after 10 years leadership and 26 years with the organization, having helped found it in the 1980's.^[2]

The Free Library of Philadelphia

Riggan is a past Trustee of The Free Library of Philadelphia.^[3]

Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth

Riggan is a past President and currently honorary Board member for Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth.^[4]

Africa Action involvement

In 2009, John Riggan was listed as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Africa Action.^[5]

Oxfam

Riggan is on the Board of Oxfam America, where he also is convener of the Africa Working Group.^[6]
