Haz Al-Din
Haz Al-Din aka Adam Tahir, is the pioneer of so-called MAGA Communism through his group "Infrared".[1] Jackson Hinkle is closely associated with the group.
Sovintern
Sovintern is an international organisation of Far-Left to Left-Wing Parties, promoted by A Just Russia as an alternative to the Socialist International.
It was inaugurated in Moscow, Russia, on 27 April 2026, and consists of 10 member organisations. The representatives met at the House of the Trade Unions. The meeting was promoted by A Just Russia, a Russian party that presents itself as the left opposition to Vladimir Putin's United Russia. A Just Russia's leader, Sergey Mironov, addressed the participants on video. Putin also encouraged them.
At the inaugural event there many listed speakers: Jackson Hinkle, Haz Al-Din, Christopher Helali, former President of Bolivia Evo Morales and George Galloway.
In April 2026 American Communist Party leaders Carlos Garrido, Edward"Liger" Smith, Haz Al-Din, Kyle Pettis and Jackson Hinkle were delegates to the founding conference of the Sovintern in Moscow.

Nasrallah's funeral
Influencers from across the world were invited to Beirut to take part in the funeral of Hezbollah leaders, participate in a trip to southern Lebanon, and attend a conference to coordinate messages.
Some of these influencers included US blogger Jackson Hinkle, Irish actor Tadhg Hickey and activist Tara Reynor O'Grady, and Brazilian content creator Thiago Avila.
In the days leading up to the mass funeral procession of assassinated Hezbollah leaders Hassan Nasrallah and Hisham Safieddine, a conference titled “Global Awakening and Palestine” took place in Beirut, in which supporters of the Islamic Republic axis took part in coordinating narratives.
These included, in addition to Hinkle, head of the media office of the Houthi Ansar Allah organization Mazin Hebah, pro-Houthi Yemeni blogger Osama Alfarran, Lebanese content creator Hasan Hashem, and former lecturer at Wuhan University Christopher Helali.
Haz Al-Din was also present.
The conference’s organizers were not disclosed, though Hezbollah-affiliated outlet Al Mayadeen was the sole channel reporting from within the conference, leading to the belief that they were among the organizers.
“The goal of this conference is to bring together influencers and content creators from around the world who came to Lebanon to participate in the great funeral,” said one of the organizers.
“They came from all over the world, especially from America and Europe, and countries that we are not used to speaking this narrative. And this narrative, unfortunately, was written in blood and not in ink.”
One of the participants in the tour was David Miller, a British academic sacked from the University of Bristol over reported antisemitic remarks he made in 2019 and a TV show presenter at the Iranian regime-owned PressTV.
Another name mentioned in some of the posts from the trip was British performer Kareem Dennis, known by his stage name Lowkey, though it is not clear whether he took part in the activities.
During the tour of southern Lebanon, where many of the battles between Israel and Hezbollah took place, Hinkle commented that he came “to see the beautiful resistance,” deeming slain terrorist leader Nasrallah a man of “unity, courage, and honor.”
Hinkle commented that when he first heard of Nasrallah’s death he “thought it was Zionist fake news.” He also praised Nasrallah’s geopolitical analysis, including the naming of the US as the “great Satan” and Israel as “cancerous.”
Hinkle added that it was the “honor of my life to be invited to this,” adding that the biggest threat to the American government is the American people – not China, Russia, or Hamas – and lauding his “brothers” in Hamas, Hezbollah, the IRGC, Russian, and Chinese armies.
Finally, as he looked at the Israeli side of the border, he denounced the “genocidal satanic anti-human scum, subhuman rats on the face of the earth.”[3]
Comrade Chairman
Influence of Aleksandr Dugin
On March 8, 2024, Haz Al-Din posted a photo of himself and Aleksandr Dugin.[4] "I had the great honor of speaking to professor Alexander Dugin while in Moscow. I have been greatly influenced by many of Dugin's ideas for some time. But after speaking to him both on and off camera, I can confidently say I have met one of the most powerful minds of our era!"
American Communist Party
In 2024 American Communist Party plenary committee members included:

MAGA Communism
Aleksandr Dugin is popular within the MAGA Communism movement.
Multipolarity Dominant Concept in MAGA Communism
From article at "Spider & the Fly" titled "Try to Wrap Your Head Around ‘MAGA Communism’" dated March 2024:[6]
- "An insidious attempt to infiltrate American conservatism is making an impact in presumptive GOP candidate President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” movement. Josef Stalin enthusiast and master propagandist Aleksandr Dugin is the indisputable thought leader of the campaign, the latest in a string of similar attempts to hijack conservatism in America and Europe.
- The foundation of MAGA Communism is the concept of “Multipolarity” (as opposed to Unipolarity), which seeks to realign the planet in favor of Russia, China, and Iran to the detriment of the United States. “Unipolarity”, as explained by Dugin, is how the world is currently situated, with “the global West in its centre and with the United States as its core.” Dugin has made it clear that America’s existence as it stands today constitutes an “ideological aggression” because America believes that western values are “universal” and reflect all countries.
- MAGA Communism disregards traditional American conservatism i.e. Limited Government and inalienable rights. Rather it is communism, but not “woke”. MAGA Communism is anti-Trans agenda, anti-feminist, pro-family, anti-Israel and anti-Ukraine.
- MAGA Communism is categorized by intense opposition to “globalism” as prescribed by subversive organizations such as the World Economic Forum, which resonates with conservatives. But in its place, MAGA Communists promote Multipolarity. Importantly, Dugin sees America’s influence - and therefore America’s values - as oppressive and representative of Unipolarity.
- The face of MAGA Communism is undoubtedly Jackson Hinkle, a self-described “Christian Communist American Patriot” and “Haz Al-Din”, head of the communist collective “Infrared” and “pioneer” of MAGA Communism. “Globalism is the root of all evil, not communism,” declared Hinkle on X in July 2022.
- It is doubtful that Americans who support President Trump would agree that Russia and her allies must stomp on America and diminish her influence in the world. Despite this, MAGA Communism is having an impact on unsuspecting Americans.
- The seemingly contradictory concept of “MAGA Communism” is the latest manifestation of Russian propaganda, a clear example of “Aktivnye meropriyatiya”, or “Ideological Subversion”, as described by the late Russian defector Yuri Bezmenov.
Supportive of George Galloway
On March 3, 2023, Haz Al-Din posted in part:[7],[8]
- GALLOWAY'S BREAKTHROUGH AND THE REBIRTH OF LEFT-WING POLITICS
- George Galloway's recent victory is politically historical in the true sense of the word. It ushers in a new era of dissident politics in the West, which can really be regarded as the revival of traditional left-wing politics.
[...]
- For many years, a traditional Left has gradually re-entered political consciousness, but only at the fringes. My own efforts have been part of this, with Infrared - alongside my collegue [sic] Jackson Hinkle, and as a result MAGA Communism has consolidated itself as a distinct tendency, however niche, in US politics.
- The complete destruction of all the 'Right Wing' political movements that emerged in the aftermath of 2016 has created a total vacuum in any meaningfully dissident politics.
- Even famous 'white nationalist' Richard Spencer was among the first to observe this, provocatively endorsing Biden in the 2020 elections, aware of the fact that the liberal hegemony is far more of an adequate reality of Right-consciousness than vulgar, 'brown' populism.
- Our own stance has been vindicated. Galloway's victory proves the viability of an authentic left-wing.
- No longer can anyone regard the modern revival of traditional left-wing as an anachronism confined to the fringes. No longer can anyone dismiss 'MAGA Communism' as a contradictory, incoherent political chimerism.
- He has earned the ire of not only left-liberals enraged by his lack of political correctness, but also the Right Wing. He refuses to lower himself to petty demagoguery or target the UK's minorities.
[...]
- Galloway is set to polarize UK society in a way that will correctly reveal its true fault lines along class lines. The era of confusion over muddied 'culture wars' is over.
- Now begins the true war against the imperialist ruling class.
Center for Political Innovation
On March 12, 2022, Haz Al-Din addressed the Center for Political Innovation event in Austin, Texas.
