In 2019 Felipe Escobar stood from AD 39 for the California Democratic Party Central Committee.
I’m running because I’m a proud product of the 39th district and I want to give back to the community that has given me so much. I attended Sun Valley Middle School, North Hollywood High, and Los Angeles Valley College before graduating from Cal State Northridge. My values are progressive values, I believe that now more than ever is important for everyone to get involved and defend our communities against the terrible policies coming from the Federal administration that will hurt each and every one of us. I hope I can count on your vote for Assembly District Delegate.[1]
