Fabiano Contarato is on the National Executive Committee of the Workers' Party (Brazil), or PT (according to its initials in Portuguese Partido dos Trabalhadores),[1] which was founded by Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Paulo Freire, among others.
