Cleo Fields

Cleo Fields is an American attorney, politician and member of the Democratic Party from Louisiana. He represented Louisiana's 4th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1993 to 1997 and ran unsuccessfully for Governor of Louisiana in 1995.
