Buddy Clark

Communist Party
Buddy Clark joined the Communist Party USA in the early 1970s. He was active in the Teamsters Union and served on the board of the U.S. Peace Council. He was active in CISPES and MASPES. Clark later joined the Committees of Correspondence.[1]
Communist Party reformer
In 1991 Buddy Clark, Northern California, was one of several hundred Communist Party USA members to sign the a paper "An initiative to Unite and Renew the Party"-most signatories left the Party after the December 1991 conference to found Committees of Correspondence.[2]
Conference on Perspectives for Democracy and Socialism in the 90s
The Conference on Perspectives for Democracy and Socialism in the 90s was the Committees of Correspondence's first national conference held in Berkeley, California July 17-19, 1992.[3]
Buddy Clark was involved in Spanish translation work for the conference[4]
