Steve Cagan, Beth Cagan, Mabel Reyes of Segundo M, Julio Cesar Alfaro of INSIDE San Salvador and Leigh Binford were speakers on the El Salvador in the Post-War Period: Elements of the Emerging Socio-Economic Model panel sponsored by Voices of the Border at the Tenth Annual Socialist Scholars Conference. The conference was held April 24-26, 1992 at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, New York City.[3]

Former DSA members

In 1996 Steve Cagan and Beth Cagan were both "former" Democratic Socialists of America members.[4]
