Barbara Ellis is well known in the East Bay as a skilled campaign and community organizer. She has planned and executed conferences, resource fairs, workshops, information sessions and meetings in homes, offices and community settings. Barbara organizes around local community issues, tracks legislation, researches topics of concern to clients and serves as their advocate in local and state matters.
Ellis serves on the Board of Emerge California, an organization dedicated to recruiting and training women to run for public office at any level of government.[1]
