Friend of San Francisco NAM
In 1981, Ada Dobbs and Ben Dobbs were listed as friends of the San Francisco New American Movement.[1]
Upton Sinclair Club
In the early 1990s Ben Dobbs and Ada of Los Angeles were executive members of the Upton Sinclair Club, of Democratic Socialists of America. The club consisted of wealthy Californians able to contribute significant donations to DSA.[2]
