The July 26th Organizing Committee (J26OC), a group primarily of North Americans who have traveled to Cuba," was formed by members of the Communist Party USA , black leftists and members of the CPUSA/DIG-created Venceremos Brigade to propagandize young Americans on behalf of Castro's communist dictatorship.
