In 1986, Rob Prince was living in Helsinki, workiing with the Soviet led World Peace Council[2]. Prince served as U.S. representative to the Secretariat of the World Peace Council from 1986 to 1990[3].
Prince was Co-chair of the Nuclear Disarmament Task Force (US/USSR negotiations).
