Institute for Policy Studies

Norman Birnbaum was a member[3]of the Institute for Policy Studies 20th Anniversary Committee, which organized an April 5, 1983, reception at the National Building Museum, Washington DC attended by approximately 1,000 IPS staffers and former staff.

In 1993 Birnbaum was listed as a among "former Visiting Fellows and Visiting Scholars and current TransNational Institute Fellows" on the Institute for Policy Studies 30th Anniversary brochure.

Campaign for America's Future

In 1996 Norman Birnbaum, Georgetown University Law Center was one of the original 130 founders of Campaign for America's Future.[4]
