In August 2015, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon appointed Elia Yi Armstrong of Canada as Director of the Ethics Office. She succeeds Joan Elise Dubinsky of the United States.[1],[2],[3]

Elia Armstrong is a founding member of Korean American Women In Need.
