The Republican Party in the United States is one of the political parties dominating the political sphere. They affiliate with the right side of the political spectrum and are also referred to as the "GOP" (Grand Old Party).
The Republican National Committee is the party's organization administration. Michael Steele is the Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
