Norm Gallagher was an Australian union leader.
Early leaders
Some of the earliest publicly acknowledged leaders of the Communist Party of Australia (Marxist-Leninist) were trade union leaders – Paddy Malone and Norm Gallagher (Builders Laborers Federation), Ted Bull (Waterside Workers Federation) and Clarrie O’Shea (Tramways Union).[1]
