In 2011, Craig R. Miller was President & CEO of MZA Events, and the Founder and Producer of [[AIDS Walk Los Angeles]] and the other large AIDS Walks throughout the U.S. Growing up in the San Fernando Valley, at age 21 he was the youngest manager of local political campaigns.  He earned the respect of veteran members of Congress, including U.S. Rep. In 1991, Craig Miller was member of New York Democratic Socialists of America.[1]

New York City DSA endorsed 13 candidates in a crowded city council election.

The local saw its vision of a progressive coalition In city politics realized by The Majority Coalition for a New New York, which organized an independent political campaign for progressive city council candidates. One candidate. Craig Miller, was a DSA member .[2]
