Joyce Lightfoot is an Indiana activist.

Communist Party reformer

In 1991 Joyce Lightfoot, Indiana, was one of several hundred Communist Party USA members to sign the a paper "An initiative to Unite and Renew the Party"-most signatories left the Party after the December 1991 conference to found Committees of Correspondence.[1]

Supported Communist Party call

In May 1992 the Communist Party USA newspaper Peoples Weekly World published a May Day supplement which included a call to "support our continuing struggle for justice and dignity"

Endorsers of the call included Joyce Lightfoot, Indiana.[2]

Saluting workers everywhere!

In 2009 the Peoples Weekly World carried an article "Saluting workers everywhere!"
