African National Congress
As at 20 December 2007, Cyril Ramaphosa was listed as a member of the National Executive Committee of the African National Congress. The African National Congress is South Africa's current ruling party and has been since April 1994 when the government became a non-racial democracy. The ANC is supported by its tripartite alliance with the Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) and the South African Communist Party (SACP).[1]
